    The Goal

    The goal of this diet and workout program is to have days that include a day’s which focus on burning off as much calories as it can.     The Concept Behind the Program

    • Reps – this asks you how many repetitions you are capable of doing it one workout set
    • Resistance – this is simply how much weight you could lift
    • Rest – this is the length of time that you rest in between the sets
    • Rounds – this is how many times you can perform a specific workout phase

    If you notice, this system does not force you to do something which your body is not capable of. Instead the program works around your body which is different from those around you.

    And then once your body gets adjusted, you now only need to improve on the R-Quatro by increasing the repetitions, resistance and rounds and then decrease on the time that you need to rest.

    Easy enough? Well, not really. This is the very reason why you really need to set your goals and make sure you are determined enough to complete the program. Before you know it, you are done and you are well on your way to a great body.
