No one on earth can honestly say they have no idea who Jennifer Lopez is. She is one of the most famous faces and bodies on earth – from her movies to her music all the way to her various businesses which all bank on her fame, face and body.

She has a body that is neither model thin and over voluptuous like Beyonce Knowles. However, despite her voluptuousness, she is sexy and svelte. Her secret? Her diet and exercise regimen which is, surprisingly, very easy to follow and anyone who is determined to be healthy and sexy at the same time could easily accomplish what JLo has done.

Her secret is not only eating the right food and exercising, but her motto of everything into moderation seems to be more successful than anyone thinks! Plus, she does not drink alcohol. Now, that is something that few celebrities can claim to. Not drinking alcohol is one of the things that are never mentioned in a diet. Why?

Alcohol is a leisurely activity that everyone indulges in, unfortunately it also causes a lot of weight gain and a hangover can do wonders to the head and body when it has to meet the word “exercise.” Ever exercised with a hangover?

Research has proven that avoidance of alcohol can benefit anyone who is trying to develop their own personal diets. One of the unmentioned benefits is that avoidance of alcohol or beer for a month can automatically drop the body’s weight up to ten pounds! Alcohol converts to sugar in the body and that sugar can stay in the body for so long that eventually they are very hard to get rid of. That already on its own can be the blame for that belly pouch that everyone cannot seem to get rid of no matter the diet and exercise.

Eating healthy, living healthy and take lots of water and do the exercises. That is the JLo way that should be incorporated not only into your own personal diet but into your personal lifestyle. So if your body has the tendency to be over voluptuous, think JLo.
