Before and after pictures capture everyone’s attention when they stumble into them in magazines and even on television. These pictures can motivate anyone into doing something about the way they look. This is the idea behind the Heidi Klum body, she took pictures of herself when she was at her worst at a certain time and then she would study those pictures and analyze what she was doing that was causing her to look her very worst.
This whole idea of Klum is quite a revelation, no one, no dietician, no weight instructor even ever mentions taking your own picture. They always say look in the mirror for it cannot lie. But somehow taking a picture is different. It does not lie and when seen by others, it can get really critical.
The whole world knows Heidi Klum, the mother of four kids and the body behind Victoria’s Secret (it would take more pages than could be mentioned to write up about her other accomplishments so let’s just stick to those two). Generally, women would say they lost their figures after giving birth to the first child, but Klum walked the cat walk in the bare essentials of Victoria’s Secret and no one could see any signs of any kids.
Can you do the same thing and combine her diet plan with your own personal diet? It should be easy, simply eat the right combination of good and healthy foods that does not include any of the artificial processing and those considered junk, exercise of course, and the pictures.
If you could just take a picture of yourself, you would be in a better position to focus on those areas that need most work. A mirror is fine, but you can just close your eyes and avoid it, but the picture would never change through the days. If you do all the right things, and then take pictures as you go along through the weeks, then you would be able to see a great improvement on not only the way you look in the pictures but on your body as well. Hey it works for Heidi, why not for you?
